Account registration at FinalFile is only required if you will be sending a FilePayment. This ensures a valid communication channel for all parties involved in any transactions.
We currently only process Canadian (CAD) funds.

At FinalFile, we offer a great 5% rate to each seller, regardless of any restrictions, such as volume, date of entry, etc. This covers all credit card processing fees.
There are a number of reasons why you should use FinalFile:
  • Secure your work - encrypted files keep your work safe from prying eyes until the client pays.
  • Fast payment process - no more invoices.
You will see your funds in your FinalFile account as soon as your file is paid for. We require up to 5 business days to transfer your funds to your bank account.
We accept all file formats. Feel free to send any type of digital file you want.
There is a 2GB file size limit.
There is a $50 min and a maximum of $5000.
You will need to provide personal and banking information in order for FinalFile to transfer funds into you bank account.

To complete your registration you will need to provide us with:

Personal Information
First and Last Name
Postal Code
Phone Number

Banking Information
Account Holder Name
Bank Name
Account type (chequing/savings)

Account and Transit Number (You can find both your account and transit number on the bottom of your cheque)
Simply log in and scroll down to your Dashboard to see and track the status of all your transactions.
You can download your file up to three times. Contact Sender if you've reached your limit.
Our customer support team is available 24/7 to help resolve issues with a FilePayment, however FinalFile has a no refund policy.
